Check in & Check out

Flexible arrival is possible.

Your room or apartment is available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 6:00 pm, please give us a call to inform us about your late arrival (+43 5444 5630 or +43 664 38 34 184).

Check out is at 10:00 am on the day of departure. By then, your room or apartment and parking space have to be vacated.

 

Breakfast

Our rich buffet breakfast is open every day from 7:30 am – 10:00 am (on Saturdays already from 7:00 am). Please note that we can’t give a discount on breakfast that wasn’t consumed.

For allergy sufferers:  Of course, we will consider food allergies. Please inform us about any special needs, preferably already before your stay.

 

Seize the day!

So that you can also enjoy the day of your departure to the fullest, we offer a luggage room, where you can leave your luggage until your departure. It is also possible to have a shower.

 

Payment

Please note that we can only accept payment in cash. You can find an ATM near our hotel.

 

Deposit

In order to make a binding reservation, you are required to pay a deposit (the respective amount will be announced when booking). The payment of the deposit has to be transferred to our account within 7 days after booking and free of charge to the receiver (if necessary, any additional fees will be charged to you). In the event of cancellation on the part of the customer, guests will be charged the entire room deposit as cancellation fee.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations are only accepted in written form. The Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 in the version dated 15 November 2006 apply in our hotel.

In case of cancellations

  • 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival 40%
  • 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival 70%
  • 1 week prior to arrival 90%
  • No-Show 100%

In case of late arrival or early departure, you will be liable for the full price of your room / apartment according to the booked arrangement.

If you arrive with less people than originally booked we will charge the entire price of your room / apartment according to the booked arrangement.

 

Heated ski room

Via the side entrance, you can enter our hotel’s own ski room. We would like to ask you not to take ski boots to your room. The ski room is equipped with heated ski boot racks.

 

Please note

Pets are not allowed in the Binta. Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms and apartments. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony. Thank you for your understanding.
